No, however systems making sustained losses are unlikely to be selected. |

How are the traders selected for the team? |
| |
The live trading team is selected on a regular basis, based on analysis of current and past system performance. |

What percentage will my system be allocated? |

Your system will be allocated a percentage of the amount raised. This This percentage depends on the number of live traders each week and the total value of the money invested and may be altered depending on performance. |

When will I be paid? |

If selected as part of the live team: Trader Fee - monthly in arrears based on number of weeks traded Performance bonus - quarterly in arrears based on profitability |

Will my system be trading the client money directly? |

No. The traders are simply providing trading signals via which will then be applied on a discretionary basis by the Investment Manager. |

How will I know when my system has been selected? |
| |
Systems are closely monitored on a regular basis and those that are of interest to the Investment Manager will be invited to join the trading team. At this stage, an agreement between the trader and IFD will be required. |
