| Each week the Manager selects the live trading team from our panel, based on analysis of current and past system performance. | |
| D | What percentage will my system be allocated? |
| Your system will be allocated a percentage of the amount raised, this percentage depends on the number of live traders each week and the total value of the money invested. | |
| E | When will I be paid? |
| If selected as part of the live team: Trader Fee – monthly in arrears based on number of weeks traded Performance bonus – quarterly in arrears based on profitability |

| F | Will my system be trading the client accounts directly? |
| No. The traders are simply providing trading signals via which will then be applied on a discretionary basis by the Manager. | |
| G | When will my system be eligible for the panel? |
| Usually successful traders will be added to the live panel after 3 months analysis of their profitable system(s). | |
